摘  要:目的了解2020年昆明市游泳池水质卫生状况,为游泳池水质卫生监督管理提供科学依据,保障游泳人群的身体健康。方法按照(GB/T 18204—2013)《公共场所卫生检验方法》、(GB/T 5750—2006)《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行采样并对游泳池水中尿素、游离性余氯、浑浊度、pH值、菌落总数及大肠菌群等6项指标进行检测,依据(GB 37488—2019)《公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》对检测结果进行评价。结果2020年7—10月监测水样共385份,合格率分别为73.68%、83.65%、87.10%、89.25%,合格率平均值为83.38%,每月合格率间差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.69,P<0.05)。高校游泳池、健身房游泳池、酒店游泳池、公共游泳池和其他游泳池水质合格率分别为100%、74.28%、85.71%、88.68%和77.59%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.36,P>0.05)。按监测时期可分为高峰期与平峰期,其合格率分别为78.89%和88.17%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.79,P<0.05)。结论2020年昆明市游泳池水质卫生状况不容乐观,需要继续加强游泳池水质卫生监督管理,降低游泳场所暴发危害健康事故的风险。Objective This study aims to monitor and analyze the water quality of Kunming swimming pools in 2020,which provides a scientific basis for the supervision and management of swimming pool water quality,and protects the health of swimmers.Methods Water samples were collected in accordance with GB/T 18204-2013 Public Place Sanitary Inspection Methods and GB/T 5750-2006 Standard Inspection Method for Drinking Water.The urea,free residual chlorine,turbidity,pH,total number of colonies,and coliforms were tested.The test results were evaluated in accordance with GB 37488-2019 Requirements for Hygiene Indicators and Limits in Public Places.Results A total of 385 water samples were monitored from July to October 2020,with the pass rates of 73.68%,83.65%,87.10%,and 89.25%,respectively.The total pass rate was 83.38%.The difference between the monthly pass rates is statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.69,P<0.05).Meanwhile,university swimming pools,gymnasium swimming pools,hotel swimming pools,public swimming pools,and other swimming pools have a water quality qualification rate of 100%,74.28%,85.71%,88.68%,and 77.59%,respectively.These results were not statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.36,P>0.05).Additionally,the time of a swimming pool can be divided into peak period and non-peak period,with the pass rates of 78.89%and 88.17%,respectively.The results revealed a significantly of statistics(χ^(2)=5.79,P<0.05).Conclusions The water quality of swimming pools in Kunming,2020 was below expectation.We need to enforce inspection and management of water quality,to reduce the risk of health accidents in swimming places.
