摘　　要：目的探究直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道功能与肠道症状自我管理行为的关系,分析直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道功能的影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道功能量表、直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道症状自我管理行为量表对广州市某大学肿瘤防治中心的201例患者进行调查。结果201例直肠癌保肛术后患者的肠道功能总分为(68.04±7.64)分;直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道症状自我管理行为评分为(25.30±6.20)分;直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道功能与肠道症状自我管理行为呈正相关(r=0.399,P<0.01),手术方式、肿瘤下缘距肛门距离及社交管理是影响直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道功能的主要因素。结论直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道症状越少,则采用肠道症状自我管理行为的频率越低,医护人员应加强患者的肠道症状自我管理行为,有利于患者肠道功能的恢复。Objective To explore the relationship between intestinal symptoms and self-management of patients with anus preservation operation after rectal cancer and to analysis influencing factors.Methods A total of 201 patients from tumor prevention and treatment center of a university in Guangzhou city were investigated by a general information survey scale,Bowel Function Scale and Bowel Symptom Self-management Behavior Scale.Results The total score of intestinal function was(68.04±7.64),and the score of self-management behavior was(25.30±6.20).There was a positive correlation between bowel functions and self-management behavior of bowel symptoms(r=-0.399,P<0.01).Surgical method,distance from lower margin of tumor to anus and social management were the main factors which affected intestinal symptoms of patients with anus preservation after rectal cancer.Conclusion The fewer intestinal symptoms a patient has,the less frequency the self-management behavior of bowel symptom has.Strengthening the self-management behavior of intestinal symptoms is beneficial to the recovery of intestinal function.
