中医药防治非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的研究进展

摘　　要：非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)是视盘水肿引起视力下降的眼病。本文通过梳理NAION的病因病机,就目前中医药理论体系下NAION的中医药治疗方法进行综述,发现中药复方制剂、中药提取物及针刺等中医特色疗法,以调控多条通路、同时作用多个靶点的综合作用,在治疗NAION中有一定的优势与潜力。其作用机制可能与调节眼部血流动力、抗氧化应激、调节神经胶质细胞介导的炎症反应、抑制细胞凋亡有关。Non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy(NAION)is an ocular disease with decreased vision caused by optic disc oedema.This paper summarizes Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)methods of NAION under the current theoretical system of TCM by combing the etiology and pathogenesis of NAION,and finds that characteristic therapies of TCM including Chi‐nese medicine compound preparations,Chinese medicine extracts and acupuncture have certain advantages and potential in the treatment of NAION with their comprehensive effect of regulating multiple pathways and acting on multiple targets at the same time,whose mechanism may be re‐lated to the regulation of ocular blood flow,the antioxidant stress,the regulation of glial cell-mediated inflammatory response,and the inhibition of apoptosis.
