摘 要:通过Al-Si共渗技术实现烧结NdFeB磁体表层合金化,以提高磁体自身的耐腐蚀性能。采用X射线光电子能谱仪、X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电子显微镜对样品的成分、相结构和形貌进行表征。通过静态全浸腐蚀实验和电化学实验表征样品的耐腐蚀性能,研究了渗剂中的Al/Si比例以及扩散温度对磁体表层微观结构及耐腐蚀性能的影响。并通过分析腐蚀过程中磁体表面腐蚀产物形貌、成分及结构,分析表层合金化对磁体耐腐蚀性能的作用机制。结果表明:表层的Al-Si合金化可明显提高NdFeB裸磁体的耐腐蚀性能,最优化工艺参数(Al/Si比2:1、扩散温度800℃)处理的磁体静态全浸腐蚀试验中腐蚀时间由未处理磁体的0.5 h延长至21 h。Surface alloying of sintered NdFeB magnets was realized by Al-Si co-infiltration technology to improve the magnets’anti-corrosion performances.The composition,phase structure and morphology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and field emission scanning electron microscope,respectively.The corrosion resistance of samples were measured by static immersion corrosion test and electrochemical experiment.Effects of the Al/Si ratio and diffusion temperature on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of magnets were studied.The anti corrosion mechanism of samples was clarified by analyzing the morphology and composition of magnets in different stages of the static immersion corrosion.Results show that the surface Al-Si co-alloying can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of bare NdFeB magnets.The anti-corrosion time of the magnets treated with the optimized process parameters(Al/Si ratio 2:1,diffusion temperature 800℃)was prolonged from 0.5 h to 21 h in the static immersion corrosion test.
