摘 要:针对常规深水钻井过程中孔隙压力与地层破裂压力之间的安全窗口较小的问题,采用基于颗粒动理学的Eulerian-Eulerian双流体模型以及液固两相流动的相关理论,对竖直井筒内双梯度钻井过程中岩屑和空心球的流动行为进行了模拟,同时分析了空心球密度以及钻杆转速对岩屑运移情况的影响。根据模拟结果得出了环空井筒内颗粒浓度分布、混合物静压力变化、颗粒速度分布以及颗粒拟温度变化情况。研究表明:注入空心球可以明显降低环空井筒内的压力梯度,减小空心球的密度可以更好的实现双梯度钻井的目的,同时改善空心球与岩屑的浓度分布情况。合适的钻杆转速可以提高岩屑与空心球的混合程度,使空心球和岩屑的浓度分布与速度分布变得更加均匀,避免产生岩屑沉积现象,提升岩屑运移效率。Aiming at the problem that the safe window between pore pressure and formation fracture pressure is small in the process of conventional deep-water drilling,the flow behavior of cuttings and hollow spheres in the process of dual gradient drilling in a vertical wellbore was simulated by using the Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model based on kinetic theory of granular flow and the relevant theory of liquid-solid two-phase flow.At the same time,the effects of hollow sphere density and drill pipe speed on cuttings migration are analyzed.According to the simulation results,the particle concentration distribution,the static pressure change of the mixture,the particle velocity distribution and the particle pseudo temperature change in the annulus wellbore were obtained.The research shows that injecting hollow spheres can obviously reduce the pressure gradient in the annulus wellbore,the decline in the density of hollow spheres can better achieve the purpose of dual gradient drilling,and improve the concentration distribution of hollow spheres and cuttings.Proper drill pipe rotation speed can improve the mixing degree of rock cuttings and hollow spheres,make the concentration distribution and velocity distribution of hollow spheres and rock cuttings more uniform,avoid rock cuttings deposition,and improve rock cuttings migration efficiency.
