摘　　要：巴布亚盆地为低勘探程度盆地,前人研究认为巴布亚盆地为弧后前陆盆地,东西前陆结构特征差异大,该盆地油气分布不均衡,成藏主控因素不明确。本文基于新收集的地表地质图、地震和钻井等资料,开展了全区地震解释、区域古构造恢复和古地理重建以及典型油气田解剖等工作。研究表明:巴布亚盆地为由赛皮克、东部高地等多个地块拼贴而形成的周缘前陆盆地,东西前陆的分界线是巴布亚湾走滑断裂带;巴布亚盆地具有“东西分块、中间走滑”的构造特征,中新生代西部巴布亚前陆经历弧后伸展、被动陆缘、周缘前陆和碰撞改造4个演化阶段,东部巴布亚前陆经历了陆内伸展、被动陆缘和周缘前陆3个演化阶段;“东西分块”的构造格局控制了东、西前陆的沉积充填差异大,从而导致油气的成藏条件西好东差,巴布亚褶皱带西段为有利成藏区带,中间压扭走滑带为潜力勘探区带。The Papuan Basin is a under-exploration basin.Previous studies have considered that the Papuan Basin is a back-arc foreland basin,and the structural characteristics of the east and west forelands are very different.Oil&gas distribution in this basin is unbalanced,and its main controlling factors of hydrocarbon accumulation are unclear.Based on the newly collected surface geological map,seismic and drilling data,this paper has carried out the seismic interpretation,regional paleo-tectonic restoration and paleo-geographic reconstruction,as well as the anatomy of typical oil and gas fields.Studies suggest that the Papuan Basin is a peripheral foreland basin spliced by terranes such as Sepik and Eastern Plateau,and the boundary between the east and west forelands is the Papuan Gulf strike-slip fault zone;Papuan basin exhibits the tectonic characteristics of“East-West blocking and middle strike slip”.The Meso-Cenozoic western Papuan foreland experienced four evolutionary stages,i.e.,back-arc extension,passive continental margin,peripheral foreland and collisional transformation,and the eastern Papuan foreland experienced three evolution stages,i.e.,intracontinental extension,passive continental margin,and peripheral foreland;the tectonic pattern of“East-West blocking”controls the large difference in sedimentary filling between the eastern and western forelands,resulting in good hydrocarbon accumulation conditions in the West and poor in the East.The western section of the Papuan fold belt is favorable for hydrocarbon accumulation,and the middle compressional strike slip belt is a potential exploration area.
