摘 要:在废水生物处理反硝化脱氮工艺中,与传统的外加碳源相比,污泥胞内碳源的利用越来越受到关注,不同污泥预处理方法所释放碳源组分和具体哪些碳源可被反硝化细菌优先利用尚不明晰。系统介绍了提取胞内碳源的不同污泥预处理方法,从生物脱氮过程中所需优质碳源和污泥胞内碳源组分出发,依据反硝化过程中的脱氮效率分析讨论了不同方法预处理后破解液中碳源的组分和可利用性。In the denitrification process of wastewater biological treatment,compared with traditional external carbon sources,the utilization of sludge intracellular carbon sources has attracted more and more attention,but the components of carbon sources released by different sludge pretreatment methods and the carbon sources which can be preferentially used by denitrifying bacteria are still unclear.Different sludge pretreatment methods for extracting intracellular carbon source were systematically introduced.Based on the high quality carbon source required in biological denitrification process and the intracellular carbon source components of sludge,the carbon source components and their availability in cracking solution after be pretreated by different methods were analyuzed according to the denitrification efficiency.
