摘  要:海水淡化浓盐水制备鸟粪石的生产废水具有高盐、中等浓度氨氮的特征。通过混合水平正交试验,研究了氯氮比(m(Cl)/m(N))、有效氯浓度、反应初始pH值、氨氮初始浓度、反应温度和接触时间对出水氨氮、余氯浓度和处理成本的影响规律,并进行了多目标评价优化。结果表明,折点氯化法可高效去除高盐水中氨氮,试验中各因素对评价指标的影响不一,氨氮去除效果主要受pH值、氯氮比和接触时间影响,出水余氯受多因素综合作用,其中反应时间影响最大,经济成本的主要决定因素是有效氯浓度。由于不同评价指标下的最优组合不一致,经过多目标优化后获得最优组合:氯氮比为7.8∶1,pH值为9,反应时间为45 min,次氯酸钠有效氯浓度为8%,反应温度为25℃,该组合下氨氮去除率为97.86%,综合处理成本为7.98元/m^(3)。The wastewater from struvite production by seawater desalination concentrated brine is characte-rized by high salt and medium concentration of ammonia nitrogen.Through the mixed horizontal orthogonal test,the effect of sodium-nitrogen ratio(m(Cl)/m(N)),available chlorine concentration,initial pH value of the reaction,initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen,reaction temperature and contact time on ammonia nitrogen and residual chlorine content in effluent water as well as the treatment cost,were investigated,and the multi-objective evaluation was optimized.The results showed that,breakpoint method could effectively remove ammonia nitrogen from concentrated brine,and various factors had different effects on the evaluation indexes.The ammonia nitrogen removal effect was mainly affected by pH value,ammonia-nitrogen ratio and contact time.The residual chlorine in effluent water was affected by many factors,among which,reaction time was the most important one;meanwhile,effective chlorine concentration became the decisive factor of economic cost.Due to inconsistency of the optimal combination under different evaluation indexes,the optimal combination was obtained after multi-objective optimization,which was as follows:the chlorine-nitrogen ratio was 7.8∶1,the pH value was 9,the reaction time was 45 min,the effective chlorine concentration of sodium hypochlorite was 8%,the reaction temperatue was 25℃.Under the above condition,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 97.86%, the comprehensive treatment cost was 7.98 yuan/m3.
