摘 要:采用固定床热再生工艺对某化工废水反渗透净化处理工艺中产生的饱和木质活性炭进行再生效果研究,考察了不同热再生工艺条件下再生活性炭与新鲜活性炭对COD去除率、碘吸附值、SEM分析结果等方面的影响。研究表明,再生活性炭对COD的去除率能达到新鲜活性炭的96%;低温、中温阶段,碘吸附值随温度升高而减小;扫描电镜表征结果表明,再生后的活性炭形貌已基本恢复与新鲜活性炭形貌一致;高温阶段(700℃以上),3℃/min的升温速率比6℃/min、12℃/min更有利于吸附质脱附。固定床热再生工艺可实现废活性炭资源循环再利用,以及活性炭吸附质无害化集中处理。Fixed-bed thermal regeneration process was used to study the regeneration effect of saturated wood activated carbon produced in the reverse purification process of a kind of chemical wastewater.The effects of regenerated activated carbon and fresh activated carbon on COD removal,iodine adsorption value,SEM analysis results and some other factors under different thermal regeneration conditions were investigated.The study showed that,regenerated activated carbon could reach 96%of the fresh activated carbon in terms of COD removal rate;the iodine adsorption value showed a decreasing trend with the increase of temperature in the low temperature and middle temperature stages.Under scanning electron microscope,the morphology of the regenerated activated carbon has basically recovered to the same as that of the fresh activated carbon.In high temperature stage(above 700℃),the heating rate of 3℃/min is more favorable for adsorbate desorption than 6℃/min and 12℃/min.Fixed-bed thermal regeneration process can realize recycling and reuse of waste activated carbon resources and achieve harmless centralized treatment of activated carbon adsorbate.
