摘 要:施特劳斯的“自然权利论”和韦伯的“诸神之争”两种理论历来被视作对立。通过揭示真正的“诸神之争”和“自然权利论”,有助于厘清施特劳斯和韦伯在价值多元、社会科学方法论以及历史主义立场三个方面的对立和共识,进而探究“诸神之争”和“自然权利论”在公私领域之配合、“意见”中达致真理的进路及“诸神之争”为“自然权利论”提供展示自己的理论空间三个层面存在的“内在亲和性”。希冀通过探究两种理论对多元价值的态度和观点,为解决中国目前遇到的现实问题,即多元价值激烈对撞带来的现代性问题,提供新的视角和可供参考的思路。The theory“Natural Right”expressed by Leo Strauss and“the Conflicts of Gods”expressed by Max Weber are always regarded as opposites.By revealing the real“the Conflicts of Gods”and“Natural Right”,this essay will clarify the oppositions and consensuses between Strauss and Weber in the three aspects of multiple values,social science methodology and historicist position.Furthermore,it will explore the three-level inner affinity between“the Conflicts of Gods”and the“Natural Right”:the cooperation of public and private fields,the approach to the truth within“opinion”,and the theoretical space left by the“the Conflicts of Gods”for the“Natural Right”.Finally,by exploring the viewpoints of the two theories on multiple values,it will provide a new perspective and reference ideas for solving the practical problems,namely the modernity caused by the intense collision of multiple values,currently encountered in China.
