摘 要:基于哈格里夫斯教师文化理论视角,选取广东4所高校158名英语教师作为调查对象,依据合作意愿、合作动机、合作形式、合作效果四个方面,设计学习共同体参与程度和效果调查问卷,调查高校英语教师专业学习共同体中的障碍并提出对策。结果显示:个人主义文化是决定英语教师参与专业学习共同体的关键因素,且会随着个人心理、等级制度等因素加剧个人主义文化蔓延;自然合作文化薄弱会使英语教师参与学习共同体动机不足,无法充分发挥合作交流的主观能动性;人为合作文化及派别主义文化较强使得学习共同体的合作形式多以行政统筹领导,英语教师辅助参与为主。针对教师专业共同体合作意愿、合作动机、合作形式、合作效果等方面存在的问题,可以采取发扬优势文化,提高合作意愿;顺应时代需求,增强合作动机;优化行政管理,提升合作效果等对策。Based on the perspective of Hargreaves’teacher culture theory,this paper selects 158 English teachers from four universities in Guangdong as the survey objects,and designs a questionnaire on the participation degree and effect of learning community according to the four aspects of cooperation willingness,cooperation motivation,cooperation form and cooperation effect.The results show that individualism culture is the key factor that determines English teachers’participation in professional learning community,and will aggravate the spread of individualism culture with personal psychology,hierarchy and other factors;The weakness of natural cooperation culture will lead to the lack of motivation for English teachers to participate in the learning community,which can not give full play to the subjective initiative of cooperative communication;Due to the strong artificial cooperation culture and factionalism,the forms of cooperation in the learning community are mainly administrative overall planning and leadership,while English teachers’active participation is marginalized.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,such as enhancing benign cultural elements to boost cooperation willingness,keeping up with times to strengthen collaboration motivation,and optimizing administrative mechanism to refine cooperation outcomes,so as to better enhance the participation and effects of English teachers’learning community.
