摘 要:VUCA时代下,复杂动态的市场环境对企业“独有式”雇佣模式带来冲击和挑战之外,也带来了促进其向“共享式”变革的机遇。共享员工在疫情席卷背景下催生而出,是分享经济与零工经济在人力资源方面的创新运用与落地实施,能够减少企业财税成本压力、保持战略柔性以及获得可持续性竞争优势。基于此,通过综合分析VUCA时代下“独有”雇佣模式转向“共享”雇佣模式的契机与优势,以海尔集团与盒马鲜生为例分析共享员工的企业实践价值,以期为企业雇佣模式转型提供有益经验。In the era of VUCA,the complex and dynamic market environment not only brings impacts and challenges to the exclusive employment mode of enterprises,but also brings opportunities to promote its transformation to shared employment.Sharing employees,born in the context of the epidemic,is the innovative application and implementation of sharing economy and gig economy in human resources,which can reduce the pressure on enterprises’fiscal and tax costs,maintain strategic flexibility and gain sustainable competitive advantages.Based on this,analyzing comprehensively the opportunities and advantages of exclusive employment mode to shared employment mode in the era of VUCA,taking Haier Group and Hema Fresh as an example to analyze the enterprise practice value of shared employees,so as to provide beneficial experience for the transformation of enterprise employment mode.
