玻璃纤维生产用化工原料质量检验检测问题分析

摘　　要：玻璃纤维制造过程中用到大量的纯碱、芒硝等化工原料。这些产品的质量是玻璃纤维生产稳定的关键性因素,因此,需要重视化工原料的质量检验检测工作,在进厂前需要对有效成分、水分、粒度、重金属含量等关键指标进行检测,及时发现原料问题。文章首先介绍玻璃纤维用化工原料,然后对其原材料的检验检测中存在的问题进行分析,最后提出解决对策,旨在提高原料检测水平,确保产品质量。Soda ash and mirabilite play an irreplaceable role as raw materials in the manufacturing process of glass fiber.In the specific use process,the quality of these products is the key factor for the stability of glass fiber production.We need to pay attention to the quality inspection and detection of chemical raw materials.Before entering the plant,we need to detect the key indicators such as effective components,moisture,particle size and heavy metal content,so as to find the problems of raw materials in time.Therefore,the quality inspection and testing of chemical raw materials is very important,and relevant departments must pay attention to it.This paper first introduces chemical raw materials in the production of glass fiber,then analyzes the problems existing in the inspection and testing of its raw materials,and finally puts forward the Countermeasures in order to improve the inspection level and quality.
