炼化企业停工检修污水统筹处理研究

摘　　要：某炼化公司进行全厂大检修,在炼油与化工区共有36套生产装置全部停工检修,过程中产生的各类污水污染物成分复杂、浓度高、排放集中,易对污水处理场生化系统产生严重冲击。文章提出的污水统筹处理保障体系与改造调整研究方案,通过制定与宣贯管理规定、排污申报与合理规划、源头监控与统筹排放、末端监控与分质处理等管控措施,确保企业废水排放达标。A refining and chemical company carried out the whole plant overhaul,and a total of 36 sets of production units in the oil refining and chemical industry areas were all stopped for maintenance.All kinds of sewage pollutants produced in the process have complex composition,high concentration and concentrated discharge,which is easy to have a serious impact on the biochemical system of the sewage treatment plant.Article put forward the sewage treatment as a whole security system and transformation adjustment research scheme,through the formulation and stable cross management regulations,discharge declaration and reasonable planning,source monitoring and discharge as a whole,terminal monitoring and quality treatment control measures,to ensure the enterprise wastewater discharge standards.
