石油化工安全风险管理在灭火抢险救援中的应用

摘　　要：随着社会的发展与进步,对资源的需求以及利用逐渐增大,其中石油化工产品占据了相当大的比例,石油化工行业在国民经济发展中的重要作用越来越凸显。但是由于石油和化工产品具有易燃和易爆性,与其他行业相比存在更易发生火灾的安全隐患,必须引起重视并科学有效应对。文章介绍了石油化工火灾的特点,分析了石油化工火灾处置的难点,提出了相关的措施。With the development and progress of society,the demand and utilization of resources are gradually increasing,among which petrochemical products account for a considerable proportion,and the important role of petrochemical industry in the development of national economy is becoming more and more prominent.However,because petroleum and chemical products are flammable and explosive,compared with other industries,there are potential safety hazards that are more prone to fire,which must be paid attention to and dealt with scientifically and effectively.This paper introduces the characteristics of petrochemical fire,analyzes the difficulties of petrochemical fire disposal,and puts forward relevant measures.
