摘  要:文章对某轴流压缩机转子的高速动平衡检测及再制造问题进行了分析。采用表面着色探伤、超声波探伤等方法对转子进行无损检测,结果表明,转子的止推侧端联轴器轴颈有较大面积的拉伤损伤,导致高速动平衡的无法正常校验。采用激光熔覆的方法在轴颈拉伤处进行激光再制造修复后,转子顺利通过了高速动平衡检测。The high-speed dynamic balance detection and remanufacturing of an axial compressor rotor are studied.The results show that there is a large area of tensile damage on the coupling journal at the thrust side of the rotor,resulting in the failure of normal verification of high-speed dynamic balance.After laser remanufacturing and repair at the strained part of the journal by laser cladding,the rotor passed the high-speed dynamic balance test successfully.
