摘　　要：空分装置是煤化工行业的重要生产设备,不仅与煤化工生产直接相关,对安全管理也有重大影响,因此对此进行安全运行分析就显得尤为重要。基于此,文章对煤化工空分装置的安全运行管理进行了研究,分析了影响空分装置安全运行的因素,衡量了外部影响,衡量了内部结构,提出加强了教育培训、提高专业素质系等管理措施。Air separation device is an important production equipment in the coal chemical industry,which is not only directly related to the coal chemical industry production,but also has a significant impact on the safety management.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze this safe operation.Based on this,this paper studies the safety operation management of the coal chemical air separation device,analyzes the factors affecting the safety operation of the air separation device,measures the external impact,measures the internal structure,puts forward strengthening the education and training,and improving the professional quality.
