摘　　要：随着石油化工企业的不断发展,加强化工设备的管理和养护成为其工作的重点。离心泵作为石油化工的主要设备之一,如何提高离心泵的运转的可靠性、延长离心泵的使用寿命,成为相关人员重点探究和实践的一个工作内容。文章分析了石油化工离心泵的故障分析及维护,提出了离心泵的管理措施,并结合离心泵的常见故障因素,重点分析了其解决离心泵故障的有效对策。With the continuous development of petrochemical enterprises,strengthening the management and maintenance of chemical equipment has become the focus of their work.Centrifugal pump as one of the main equipment of petrochemical industry,how to improve the reliability of the operation of centrifugal pump,prolong the service life of centrifugal pump,has become a focus of relevant personnel to explore and practice a work content.This paper analyzes the fault analysis and maintenance of centrifugal pump in petrochemical industry,puts forward the management measures of centrifugal pump,and analyzes the effective countermeasures to solve the centrifugal pump fault combining with the common fault factors of centrifugal pump.
