摘　　要：化工行业的生产过程具有特殊性,在生产操作的过程中易产生有毒有害物质,危害人体健康。因此,做好化工设备的布置以及工程管材的选择十分重要,化工设备和工程管材可以确保生产的安全性,防止化学物质的排放或泄漏,保障化工生产过程中工作人员的安全。基于此,文章从化工设备的布置原则以及化工工程管材选择原则两方面入手,提出了化工设备的布置以及管材的选择优化建议。The production process of chemical industry has its particularity.It is easy to produce toxic and harmful substances in the process of production and operation,which is harmful to human health.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the layout of chemical equipment and the selection of engineering pipes.Chemical equipment and engineering pipes can ensure the safety of production,prevent the discharge or leakage of chemical substances,and ensure the safety of workers in the process of chemical production.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the layout of chemical equipment and the selection of pipe materials from two aspects:the layout principle of chemical equipment and the selection principle of pipe materials in chemical engineering.
