摘  要:为了探究混凝沉淀处理对猪场污水中污染物的净化效果,采集经沼气池厌氧发酵的沼液以及固液分离后的污水,将40~80 mg/L的混凝剂明矾与0~3 mg/L的助凝剂硅酸钠混合制成净化剂,用不同的净化剂处理污水,测定处理24和48 h后污染物中pH值以及NH_(3)-N、COD、SS、TN和TP的含量,计算污染物的降解率,并与排放标准相比,分析净化效果。结果表明:污水中COD、TP、pH、SS及TN的降解率均随着净化剂用量的增加而提高,且处理48 h的净化效果优于24 h;添加净化剂后,沼液和固液分离污水中的NH_(3)-N含量反而升高;经混凝沉淀处理后,沼液中的COD和TP含量,以及固液分离污水中的TP含量可以达到国家排放标准。总体来看,净化剂对沼液的处理效果优于固液分离污水,其中以向沼液和污水中添加80 mg/L明矾+3 mg/L硅酸钠的净化效果最好。In order to investigate the effects of coagulation and sedimentation on purification of sewage pollutants in pig farm,the biogas slurry after anaerobic fermentation and sewage after solid-liquid separation were collected separately.The coagulant aid sodium silicate(40~80 mg/L)and coagulant alum(0~3 mg/L)were mixed to prepare the purifying agent,and the wastewater was treated with different purifying agent.The pH value,ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),chemical oxygen demand(COD),turbidity suspended solids(SS),total N(TN)value and total P(TP)value in the pollutants after treatment for 24 h and 48 h were determined.The degradation rate of pollutants was calculated,the purification effect was compared with the emission standard.The results showed that the degradation rates of COD,TP,pH,SS and TN increased as the content of purification agents increased,and the purification effect of 48 h was better than that of 24 h.After adding coagulant,the content of NH_(3)-N in biogas slurry and solid-liquid separation wastewater increased instead.The COD and TP in biogas slurry and the TP in solid-liquid separation wastewater can meet the discharge standard after coagulation and sedimentation treatment.In general,the treatment effect of biogas slurry after anaerobic fermentation in biogas digester was better than that of solid-liquid separation wastewater.The addition amount of 80 mg/L alum and 3 mg/L sodium silicate in biogas slurry and wastewater had the best purification effect.
