急性胃肠功能损伤分级标准下的分级护理模式在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性胃肠功能损伤(AGI)分级标准下的分级护理模式在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月1日~2020年12月31日收治的106例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组47例和研究组59例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予AGI分级标准下的分级护理模式;比较两组护理前后炎性指标[包括肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]、营养指标[包括前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、体脂率(BF)、体质量指数(BMI)]及胃肠生活质量[采用胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)]。结果:护理后,研究组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6及PCT优于对照组(P<0.01),PA、ALB、BF、BMI优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),GIQLI各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:AGI分级标准下的分级护理模式可减少急性胰腺炎患者炎症反应,改善营养状态,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical nursing model based on the Acute Gastrointestinal Injury Grading Standard(AGI)in the nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 106 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted during March 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided according to the order of admission the control group with 47 cases and the research group with 59 cases.The control group received routine care,and the research group received AGI-based graded care.The inflammatory indexes(TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and PCT),nutritional indexes(PA,ALB,BF and BMI)and the gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)of the two groups of patients before and after nursing compared.Results:After nursing,the TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and PCT in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The PA,ALB,BF and BMI in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),the scores and total scores of each dimension of the GIQLI in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Graded care model for patients with acute pancreatitis based on AGI can promote the elimination of inflammation,improve nutritional status,and improve the quality of life.
