摘 要:为解决水煤浆加压气化工艺流程中工艺烧嘴出现的故障,提出了盘管冷却的新方案及水煤浆喷头的新材料。通过分析故障原因,对水夹套冷却及盘管冷却系统分别进行了数值仿真计算,对比方案的仿真结果发现水夹套冷却形式具有更高的换热效率,且避免了原方案热应力破坏的问题。设计的水夹套冷却方式在实际应用中确实解决了原方案存在的问题,且水煤浆喷嘴采用新材料新工艺后,大大降低了磨损程度,减小了盘管由于高温产生的热疲劳及热应力。实验最终证明此次改进增加了工艺烧嘴的使用期限,大大增加气化炉的使用时间,提高气化效率,最终提升了企业的经济效益。In order to solve the fault of process burner in coal slurry pressurized gasification process,a new scheme of coil cooling pipe and new material of coal slurry nozzle are proposed.By analyzing the cause of the fault,the water jacket cooling and coil cooling system are calculated respectively.The simulation results of the water jacket cooling form has higher heat exchange efficiency and avoids the problem of thermal stress failure in the original scheme.The water jacket cooling method designed does solve the original problem in practical application,and the new material nozzle greatly reduces the wear degree and the thermal fatigue and stress of the coil due to high temperature.The experiment finally proved that the improvement has increased the use period of the process burner,greatly increases the use time of the gasifier,improves the gasification efficiency,and finally improves the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
