摘 要:由于已有管控方法未对能源数据进行预处理,导致综合管控费用上升,可靠性和综合管控效率下降,为此提出了基于GIS+BIM的装配式建造能源智能化综合管控方法,通过BIM技术和GIS技术采集装配式建造能源数据,将装配式建造能源数据序列设定为信号,使用小波阈值去噪的方式对数据进行预处理,将经过处理的数据全部计入数据库。分析运营阶段智能化综合管控的主要影响因素,同时构建装配式建造能源智能化综合管控模型,通过模型实现综合管控。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够全面提高装配式建造能源智能化综合管控效率和增强可靠性,降低综合管控效率。Because the existing management and control methods do not preprocess the energy data,the cost of comprehensive management and control increases,and the reliability and efficiency of comprehensive management and control decrease.Therefore,an intelligent comprehensive management and control method of prefabricated construction energy based on GIS+BIM is proposed.The energy data of prefabricated construction is collected through BIM Technology and GIS technology,and the energy data sequence of prefabricated construction is set as signal,Wavelet threshold denoising method is used to preprocess the data,and all the processed data are included in the database.This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of intelligent comprehensive management and control in the operation stage,and constructs the intelligent comprehensive management and control model of prefabricated construction energy.Simulation results show that the proposed method can comprehensively improve the efficiency and reliability of intelligent integrated management and control of prefabricated construction energy,and reduce the efficiency of integrated management and control.
