摘 要:为研究网络数据中心典型通信机柜损伤特征,获得其力学性能参数,对3种常用的不同尺寸的6台机柜进行了往复拟静力加载试验,为准确建立机柜的有限元模型提供数据基础。试验中对每种机柜分别进行了沿宽度和厚度方向的水平往复加载,逐渐增大机柜顶部位移幅值,直至机柜严重破坏,观察其损伤发展过程、特征损伤现象,记录其承载力-位移滞回曲线。结果表明:对于此类通信机柜,底部梁节点焊缝开裂、门板和侧板丧失支撑作用、立柱与机柜底板焊缝开裂是关键的损伤机制,在建立有限元分析模型时应重点考虑。In order to investigate the damage characteristics of the commonly used communication cabinets in the internet data center(IDC),obtain parameters of mechanical property,and accumulate basic data for establishing accurate finite element models of six cabinets with various sizes,pseudo-static experiments were carried out on them.During the tests,each cabinet was loaded in X direction and in Y direction respectively.The displacement on the top of each cabinet gradually increased until the cabinet was seriously damaged.The damage process and some special types of damage were observed,and the hysteretic curves of bearing capacity-displacement were got.The test results show that for such communication cabinets,the cracking of bottom beam joints,the loss of door and side panels make up the key damage mechanism,which should be taken into consideration when establishing the finite element model.
