摘  要:地震引起建筑物的破坏、倒塌是导致人员伤亡和财产损失的重要原因,开展建筑物地震灾害风险预评估可适当降低人员伤亡和财产损失。应用新兴遥感影像,完成房屋抗震能力的识别,可为地震灾害风险预评估工作提供依据。研究总结出对不同房屋遥感影像的识别结果,可掌握建筑物的基本情况,提高房屋整体抗震能力。The damage and collapse of buildings caused by earthquake is an important cause of casualties and property losses.Carrying out earthquake disaster risk pre-assessment of buildings can appropriately reduce casualties and property losses.The application of emerging remote sensing images to identify the seismic capacity of buildings can provide a basis for earthquake disaster risk pre-assessment.The recognition results of remote sensing images of different houses summarized in the research can grasp the basic situation of buildings and improve the overall seismic capacity of houses.
