摘　　要：本文通过实车案例的解析过程,探究造成48V电池包搭铁线过流的不同因素。通过对各个影响因素的逐一验证、排查,最终锁定搭铁线过流的根本原因,总结出一套行之有效的解决方案,为后续车型开发提供借鉴。Through the analysis process of a real vehicle case, this paper explores the different factors causing the grounding wire over-current of 48V battery pack, and verifies and investigates each influencing factor one by one. Finally the root cause of the grounding wire over-current is identified, and a set of effective solutions are summarized to provide reference for the subsequent vehicle development.
