摘 要:本文基于一款AMT系统详细物理模型和简易的整车、发动机模型,以及真实的TCU控制模型和驾驶员模型,搭建一款高精度的AMT系统MIL仿真模型。本文在此MIL仿真平台上仿真验证TCU详细策略。验证固定油门百分比、制动百分比输入下的整车仿真结果,并进一步仿真验证CHTC工况下的TCU详细策略的MIL仿真结果。仿真结果显示,本文中搭建的AMT系统MIL仿真模型能够较好地完成固定工况和不同循环工况的仿真验证。Based on a detailed physical model of the AMT system, a simple vehicle and engine model, as well as a real TCU control model and driver model, a high-precision MIL simulation model of the AMT system was built in this paper.In this paper, the TCU detailed strategy is simulated and verified on this MIL simulation platform.The simulation results of the vehicle with fixed accelerator and brake percentage input are verified.The MIL simulation results of TCU detailed strategy under CHTC condition are verified by further simulation.The simulation results show that the MIL simulation model of AMT system built in this paper can better complete the simulation verification of fixed and different cycle conditions.
