摘　　要：服务型制造是中国制造2025的一个重要内容,也是制造企业转型的一个方向,我国制造业向服务化转型的实践仍然处于探索中。首先阐述了服务型制造的概念并介绍了价值链微笑曲线,分析了嘉兴市制造业服务化转型的现状及存在的问题,据此,指出了我国制造业服务化转型的5个方向,最后为我国制造业向服务化转型的实施保障提出了相关建议:树立融合的产业发展观;夯实基础企业内部知识资产;明确制造业服务化转型路径;推进企业全方位创新;以及参与和构建产业互联网生态圈。Service-oriented manufacturing is not only an important content of China-made 2025,but also a direction of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The practice of the transformation of manufacturing industry to service is still under exploration.This paper firstly expounds the concept of service-oriented manufacturing,introduces the smile curve of value chain,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry in Jiaxing.Then,points out five directions of service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry in China,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for the implementation guarantee of service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry in China:establish an integrated industrial development view;tamp enterprise’s internal knowledge assets;clear the service-oriented transformation path of manufacturing industry;promote all-directional innovation of enterprises;participate in and build an industrial Internet ecosystem.
