摘 要:校园超市在新零售背景下面临着极大的挑战。对新事物接受能力强的大学生转向在线购物。校园超市转型升级迫在眉睫。为提升校园超市的购物体验,基于服务系统设计理念,提出一种联合层次分析法与熵权法的用户体验要素重要度评价模型,量化校园超市用户体验设计优化中存在的主观问题,并提出解决方案。在服务设计流程中引入多种数据分析方法协同作用,为新零售背景下的校园超市购物体验优化提供参考和建议。Campus supermarkets are facing great challenges in the context of new retailing.College students able to accept new things turn to online shopping,and the transformation and upgrading of campus supermarkets is imminent.In order to improve the shopping experience of campus supermarkets,this paper,based on the concept of service system design,proposes an evaluation model for the importance of elements in user experience combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,quantifies the subjective problems in the optimization of campus supermarket user experience design and suggests solutions.Various data analysis methods are introduced into the service design process to provide reference and suggestions for the optimization of campus supermarket shopping experience with the background of new retailing.
