大型体育项目交通组织管理研究

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,体育赛事举办频率越来越高,普通观众参与度也越来越大,由此给场馆周边路网带来了巨大的交通压力,因此体育赛事交通组织管理研究变得越来越重要,以便保证观众安全、快速到达或离开体育场馆,同时减少对周边居民出行的影响。以某大型体育项目为例,结合该项目自身特性,分析了项目周边路网、公共交通、停车资源规划情况,提出了小型赛事、大型赛事及超级赛事三种情形下的交通组织管理方案,为其他大型体育项目交通组织管理提供参考。With the development of economy and society,sports events are held more and more frequently,the participation of the general audiences are also increasing,which bring huge traffic pressure to the network around the stadiums.Therefore,it is more and more important to study the traffic organization and management of sports events so as to ensure the audiences able to safely and quickly arrive or leave the stadiums,and at the same time reduce the impact on the travel of surrounding residents.Taking a major sporting event as an example,combined with its characteristics,the planning of road network,public transportation and parking resource around the stadium are analyzed.The traffic organization and management schemes under the circumstances of small event,large event and super event are proposed,which provide a useful reference for the traffic organization and management of the other major sporting events.
