摘　　要：徐汇滨江地区已全面进入从以土地收储、基础设施和公共环境建设为主的形态开发阶段向形态开发、功能开发和产业发展并重阶段的转型,结构布局日趋完善,楼宇建设全面推进,商务及居住人口逐步提升,整体面貌焕然一新,已逐渐成为沿黄浦江开发的核心区域。良好的出行条件是民生根本,为进一步提高区域可达性、提升区域影响力,滨江地区亟需建立网络化便捷的交通体系,在现有轨道交通、公共交通的基础上重点做远期规划工作。The riverside area of Xuhui District has been completely transformed from the form development stage mainly of land stockpile,infrastructure and public environmental construction into the parallel stage of form development,function development and industry development.The structural layout is gradually perfected.The building construction is carried forward in all respects.The business and resident population gradually increases.The whole look is new,which has gradually become the core area of development along Huangpu River.The good travel conditions are the livelihood of the people at all.In order to further improve the regional accessibility and to enhance the regional influence,the riverside area is in urgent need of establishing a network and convenient transportation system.The long-term planning work should focus on the basis of the existing rail transit and public transport.
