摘 要:在目前对桥梁接缝处的承载力数值模拟中,对于影响接缝处承载力的桥梁其它材料缺乏力学分析,数值模拟中的误差较大,影响结果判断。因此,提出对称悬臂拼装桥梁接缝处承载力数值模拟研究。首先,对于影响接缝处的性能的桥梁主体混凝土进行有限元分析确定力学性能。考虑不同接缝方法下抗剪强度不同,给出了不同接缝方法下的抗剪强度计算公式。而后,根据其抗剪强度和主体材料的力学性能得出接缝处纵筋滑移形变参数,完成承载力的数值模拟。为了验证设计方法的可行性,进行设计实验,使用某地的对称悬臂拼装桥梁作为实验对象,测试在不同荷载下的接缝处承载情况,并采用设计方法以及文献[1]、文献[4]和文献[7]中的数值模拟方法进行模拟。实验结果显示设计方法的数值模拟结果对比其他方法更接近实际实验时的数值,证明设计方法误差较小,满足设计初衷。In the current numerical simulation of the bearing capacity at bridge seams,there is a lack of mechanical analysis on other bridge materials affecting the bearing capacity at the seams.The error in the numerical simulation is large,which affects the judgment of the results.Therefore,a numerical simulation study on the bearing capacity at the seams of symmetrical cantilever assembled bridge is proposed.Firstly,the main body concrete of bridge affecting the properties at the seams is analyzed by the finite element to determine its mechanical properties.Considering the different shear strengths under the different seam methods,the shear strength calculation formulas under the different seam methods are given.Then,according to its shear strength and the mechanical properties of the main material,the sliding deformation parameters of the longitudinal reinforcement at the seams are obtained to complete the numerical simulation of the bearing capacity.In order to verify the feasibility of the design method,the design experiment is carried out.A symmetrical cantilever assembly bridge is used as the experimental object to test the bearing capacity at the seams under the different loads.The design method and the numerical simulation methods in references[1],[4]and[7]are used for simulation.The experimental results show that the numerical simulation results of the design method are closer to the reality than other methods,which prove that the error of the design method is smaller and meets the original intention of the design.
