经穴按摩治疗运动员偏头痛的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析经穴按摩治疗运动员偏头痛的疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2020年11月该院收治的运动员偏头痛患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组36例口服天麻头痛片和氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组36例在对照组基础上联合经穴按摩治疗,对比两种不同治疗方式下患者症状评分、有效率、血流速度、生活质量以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(77.78%)显著高于对照组(97.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05);观察组患者偏头痛发作次数以及持续时间、头痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者大脑中动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、大脑前动脉(MCA)指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者PCA、ACA、MCA指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率和对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为运动员偏头痛患者采用药物联合经穴按摩治疗时不仅可改善临床症状,也可提升治疗有效率,改善脑部血液循环,提升生活质量,无严重不良反应。Objective To analyze the efficacy of acupoint massage in the treatment of athletes'migraine.Methods 72 patients with athlete migraine treated in the hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control group and ob⁃servation group.36 patients in the control group were treated with oral gastrodia headache tablets and flunarizine.36 patients in the observation group were treated with meridian and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,effective rate,blood flow velocity,quality of life and adverse reactions of patients under two different treatment methods were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(77.78%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05);the number of migraine at⁃tacks,duration and headache score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the indexes of middle cere⁃bral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and anterior cerebral artery(MCA)in the two groups(P>0.05);after treat⁃ment,the indexes of PCA,ACA and MCA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of quality of life before treat⁃ment of two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For athletes with migraine,the combination of drugs and acupoint massage can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also improve the treatment efficiency,improve brain blood
