摘 要:以2022年北京冬奥会花样滑冰女单自由滑前6名选手为研究对象,通过文献资料法、观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对女单自由滑动作编排与成绩进行统计与分析。研究发现:动作创编逐渐满足技术衔接多样化、跳跃难度高质量化;动作完成质量是影响选手执行分高低的主要因素;竞技能力不平衡、技能掌握不全面导致女子单人滑节目内容表现呈非衡现象。创编团队应结合选手的技术特点,在动作编排时追求技术动作难度合理性与价值合理性;选手应以完成难度动作为重点,以稳定发挥为目标,注重技术与表演的均衡性,在满足创编难度要求的同时,保证节目内容的流畅性。With the top 6 athletes of women’s singles free skating in figure skating at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics as the research objects, and through the methods of literature data, observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the choreography and performance of the women’s singles free skating were statistically analyzed.It is found that the choreography has gradually meet the demand for diversification of technical convergence, jump difficulty and high quality;the quality is the main factor affecting the grade of execution.Unbalanced competitive ability and incomplete skills lead to the unbalanced performance.The choreography team should combine the technical characteristics of the athletes, complete the technical difficulty and achieve stable performance, pay attention to the balance between technology and performance, and ensure the fluency of the program content while meeting the requirements of the creative difficulty.
