Research on the Performance Growth and Age Characteristics of International Athletics Athletes in Sprint,Hurdle and Jump Events

摘  要:本研究通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、对比分析法等研究方法,选取近年来国际上短、跨、跳项目中成绩出色的且具有代表性的运动员60人的相关数据,探究国际田径短、跨、跳项目运动员成绩增长规律及年龄特征。研究发现:国际高水平短、跨、跳项目运动员以青年最好成绩为基础,成绩增长幅度平均达到9.11%;国际高水平短、跨、跳项目运动员成绩增长与项目特点相关,项目技术发展空间越大,成绩提高幅度也越大;国际高水平短、跨、跳项目运动员的最佳竞技年龄也与项目技术特点相关,运动技术复杂程度越高,需要的训练年限也越长,该项目运动员的最佳竞技年龄也越高。建议在成功运动选材的基础上,加强普及科学先进训练理念、构建科学先进科研体系、保障运动员健康和训练年限,从而助力我国田径运动员实现成绩的历史性突破。Through the research methods of literature review, logical analysis and comparative analysis, this study selects the relevant data of 60 outstanding athletes who are representative in international sprint, hurdle and jump events in recent years to explore the performance growth law and age characteristics of international sprint, hurdle and jump athletes.The study found that based on the best results at adolescent stage, the average increase rate of the performance of the international high-level sprint, hurdle and jump athletes is 9.11%;the performance growth of international high-level sprint, hurdle and jump athletes is related to the characteristics of the events.The greater the space for the development, the greater the improvement of performance;The best competitive age of international high-level athletes in sprint, hurdle and jump events is also related to the technical characteristics of the event.The higher the complexity of sports techniques, the longer the training years are required, and the higher the best competitive age of athletes in this event.It is suggested to strengthen the popularization of scientific and advanced training concept on the basis of successful sports selection, build a scientific and advanced scientific research system, and ensure the health and training years of athletes, so as to help Chinese athletics athletes achieve a breakthrough in performance.
