我国跆拳道优秀运动员左菊技战术应用特征分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、现场调研法、录像观察法、数据统计法对左菊技战术特征、得失分情况展开分析,研究发现,左菊在该级别(-49KG级)身高、身体形态等并不占优,故采取扬长避短的战略部署,将自己的优势发挥到极致,克服缺点或对自己不利条件,精准控制比赛节奏从而掌握比赛主动权。左菊擅长在近距离击打得分,得意技术应用为后横踢、里合下劈、对于踢击距离与时机把握准确、动作幅度小、速度快,但使用技术种类与具备得分能力的战术应用不够丰富,在今后的训练中左菊的技战术应用多元化还需进一步加强。By using the methods of literature review, on-the-spot investigation, video observation and data statistics, this paper mainly analyzes Zuo Ju’s technical and tactical characteristics, gains and losses.It is found that Zuo Ju’s height and body shape are not advantageous at this level(-49 KG level), so it is necessary to make the best use of her strength and avoid her weaknesses, make full use of her own advantages, overcome her shortcomings or unfavorable conditions, and accurately control the competition rhythm so as to take the initiative in the competition.She is good at scoring at close range, and is proud of her technique application, such as back cross kick, back-in-front split, accurate grasp of kick distance and timing, small movement range and high speed.However, the types of technique used and tactical application with scoring ability are not rich enough, so the diversification of Zuo Ju’s technique and tactical application needs to be further strengthened in future training.
