摘 要:为探究不同骨骼肌肥大训练模式对于增长肌肉力量的关系,本文运用对比实验法,将两组实验者进行为期12周的系统力量训练和力量检测,分别运用肌节肥大训练模式和肌质肥大训练模式比对、分析得出两种不同肌肥大训练模式与增长肌肉力量的关系。结果显示:(1)肌节肥大训练模式较肌质肥大训练模式对于增长速度力量和最大力量更有帮助,相对力量增长明显;(2)肌质肥大模式较肌节肥大模式对于增长耐力力量更有帮助,可有效增加肌肉横截面积,体重增长明显,对于下肢力量增长效果不显著。This paper mainly uses the comparative experiment method to explore the correlation between different muscle hypertrophy training modes and the muscle strength increase.Two groups carried out 12 weeks of strength training and detection, respectively using sarcomere hypertrophy training mode and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy training mode.The results showed that:(a)the sarcomere hypertrophy training mode was more helpful to the increase of speed and maximum strength than the sarcoplasmic hypertrophy training mode, with relatively more obvious increase of muscle strength;(b)Compared with sarcomere hypertrophy mode, the sarcoplasmic hypertrophy mode is more helpful for increasing endurance strength, which can effectively increase muscle cross-sectional area and increase body weight, but has no significant effect on increasing lower limb strength.
