摘　　要：对某电厂VD4型真空断路器合闸闭锁电磁铁线圈烧毁的原因及危害进行了分析,为保证日常运行巡查中能随时监控VD4断路器合闸闭锁电磁铁状态,在VD4断路器本体上增加对合闸闭锁电磁铁的监控指示回路,实现了运行中对断路器合闸闭锁回路的有效监控,提高了发电机组备用辅机和备用电源的可靠性,确保发电机组负荷增加时能及时开启备用辅机,备用电源在工作电源故障时能正确投运,对VD4真空断路器的运行和维护有实际指导意义。The cause and the damage of the burning of the closing locking electromagnet coil of Type-VD4 vacuum circuit breaker in a power plant is analyzed in this paper.In order to ensure that the closing locking magnet state of VD4 circuit breaker can be monitored at any time during the daily operation inspections,monitoring and indicating loop is added to the closing locking electromagnet in VD4 circuit breaker.Thus,the effective monitoring of circuit breaker closing locking circuit in operation is realized.It can improve the reliability of the backup auxiliary and emergency power supply of the generator set,ensure that the backup auxiliary can be started in time when the load of the generator set increases and that the emergency power supply can be put into operation correctly when the working power supply fails,which has practical guiding significance for the operation and maintenance of VD4 vacuum circuit breaker.
