摘  要:对给水流量喷嘴进行了研究,提出了“镶嵌固定+取压管贯通”双重定位连接的新型喉部取压给水流量喷嘴结构,并对该给水流量喷嘴进行了数值模拟、试验验证和现场校核。结果表明,该给水流量喷嘴符合美国ASME PTC6标准的要求,具有高精度、宽量程、低能耗的性能优势。另外,镶嵌固定+取压管贯通的双重定位连接结构,还避免了异种钢焊接导致的变形引起的测量误差与焊接接头存在的安全隐患。The feedwater flow nozzle is studied in this paper.A new type of nozzle structure of throat-tap feedwater flow with double positioning connection of“fixed inlay+pressure pipe”is proposed,and the numerical simulation,experimental verification and field check of the feedwater flow nozzle are carried out.The results show that this kind of feedwater flow nozzle meets the requirements of ASME PTC6 standard,which has the advantages of high precision,wide range and low energy consumption.Moreover,this kind of structure with double positioning connection of“fixed inlay+pressure pipe”can help to avoid the measurement error caused by dissimilar steel welding deformation and the hidden danger existing in welding joints.
