摘　　要：目的分析多排螺旋CT(MSCT)在不同位置触发扫描对低剂量支气管动脉CT血管造影(CTA)图像质量的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年6月在深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院行低剂量支气管动脉CTA检查的54例患者,对比剂用量30~35 mL,根据不同触发扫描位置分为A组和B组,A组35例触发扫描位置定于肺动脉干,触发延迟扫描时间5~8 s;B组19例触发位置定于升主动脉,触发延迟扫描时间5 s,其他对比剂碘含量、注射、扫描及重建方案一致,采用容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)及最大密度投影(MIP)等显示支气管动脉,依据主观图像质量分级标准评价支气管动脉显示情况。比较两组受检者在性别、年龄、阳性诊断结果、肺动脉、左心房、升主动脉、主动脉弓、降主动脉的CT值和主观图像质量分级方面的差异。结果两组患者的年龄、性别、阳性诊断结果和肺动脉干CT值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者在左心房、升主动脉、主动脉弓、降主动脉测量点的CT值分别为(295.58±74.08)HU、(313.67±67.75)HU、(324.64±74.14)HU、(318.08±73.06)HU,而B组患者在各相应位置测量的CT值分别为(190.16±100.28)HU、(251.79±105.72)HU、(260.74±100.46)HU、(264.89±96.77)HU,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的主观图像质量分级为1.47±0.55,B组分级为2.53±1.23,A组主观图像质量高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低剂量对比剂行支气管动脉CTA触发扫描位置选择肺动脉干可获得更好质量的图像。Objective To analyze the effect of triggering multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)scan at different positions on the image quality of low-dose bronchial artery CT angiography(CTA).Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent low-dose bronchial artery CTA examination in Songgang People's Hospital of Bao'an District of Shenzhen from December 2018 to June 2020 were collected.The patients were divided into group A and group B according to different trigger locations,and the dosage of contrast agent was 30-35 mL.In group A(35 cases),the trigger position was set at the pulmonary artery trunk,and the scan delay after triggering was 5-8 s;in group B(19 cases),the trigger position was set at the ascending aorta,and the scan delay after triggering was 5 s.The iodine content of the contrast agent and the regimen of injection,scanning and reconstruction were consistent between the two groups.The bronchial arteries were displayed by volume rendering(VR),multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),and maximum intensity projection(MIP).The display of bronchial artery was subjectively evaluated according to the grading standard of image quality.The two groups were compared in gender,age,positive diagnostic results,CT values of the pulmonary artery,left atrium,ascending aorta,aortic arch,and descending aorta and subjective grading of image quality.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,positive diagnostic results,and CT values of pulmonary trunk between the two groups(P>0.05).The CT values of the left atrium,ascending aorta,aortic arch,and descending aorta in group A were(295.58±74.08)HU,(313.67±67.75)HU,(324.64±74.14)HU,(318.08±73.06)HU,and(190.16±100.28)HU,(251.79±105.72)HU,(260.74±100.46)HU,(264.89±96.77)HU in group B,showing statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The subjective grading of image quality in group A was 1.47±0.55,which was significantly higher than 2.53±1.23 in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Triggering multi-slice spiral CT scan at pulmonary trunk for bronchial artery CTA helps
