摘  要:为确定深水工程船的系泊海底链嵌入土中的反悬链线形态,应用ARIANE7软件计算工程船的最大平面位移和系泊线的最大张力,确定能保证锚缆不接触海床的海底链在海床之上的长度。应用数值迭代求解控制微分方程分析海底链嵌入土中的反悬链线形态,确定吸力锚的安装位置和海底链的总长度;评估安装船拖拽海底链嵌入土中的安装工况所需触地点处的最小水平拉力,以确保海底链嵌入土中的效率。应用ORCAFLEX软件对起重船拖拽海底链安装工况进行静态和动态分析,校核绞车处和安装缆绳的最大动态拉力小于额定工作负荷,确保海上作业安全。In order to determine the shape of inverse catenary embedded in soil of the mooring chain for the deep-water engineering ship,the maximum working ship offset and mooring line tension was calculated by ARIANE7 software,and the bottom chain length above seabed which can ensure mooring wire will never be in contact with seabed was determined.The bottom chain inverse catenary shape embedded in soil was analyzed by numerical iterative solution of governing differential equations,so that suction pile position and total bottom chain length were determined.The installation vessel dragging bottom chain embedded into soil condition was assessed to predict the minimum required horizontal drag force at touch down point,so as to ensure the efficiency of bottom chain embedding in soil.The static and dynamic analysis of the crane vessel dragging bottom chain was carried out by ORCAFLEX software,the maximum dynamic tension at the winch and installation wire is less than its rated working load,so that the offshore operation is safe.
