摘  要:考虑到沉管管节在浅水航道中浮运时,旁拖纠偏顶推时螺旋桨实际发出的推力会发生折损,基于RANS控制方程和SST k-ω湍流模型,应用滑移网格技术实现螺旋桨的旋转运动,数值模拟单条双桨前旁拖或尾旁拖在有横流浅水航道中顶推浮运管节时的流场;在旁拖垂直于管节顶推的情况下,讨论不同管节前进速度、不同横流速度和不同导管桨转速下的前旁拖和尾旁拖的推力折损情况,计算结果表明,单条旁拖的最大折损率为9.4%,说明实际预留20%~30%的补偿是充分的。During the floating transportation in shallow water channel,tugboat pushing is usually adopted to rectify the diversion.However,the propeller thrust loss may occur.Based on the controlling equation RANS and the SST k-ωturbulent model,adopting sliding mesh technique for the rotation of the ducted propeller,the flow fields were numerically simulated in case of that the tunnel element is push by the fore side tugboat or aft side tugboat through the shallow water and lateral tidal current channel.In the case of that the tugboats push vertically at one side of tunnel element,different conditions were considered,including different tunnel element towing velocities,different lateral tidal current velocities,and different propeller rotational velocities.The results showed that maximum thrust loss ratio of one tugboat is 9.4%,showing that the actual reserve of 20~30%is enough.
