摘 要:基于某铺管船项目推进变压器两两±7.5°的相位角配置设计,描述相位角问题产生的缘由和现状,通过计算相位角平衡、不平衡两种电力模型下的局部谐波情况,对照船级社规范中的谐波要求进行对比分析,然后针对后续总谐波超标的可能性,就相位角问题提出了更改变压器绕组抽头或相序改变相位角、更改推进器切换开关的状态、交换推进变压器的物理位置等3种处理方案,分析各自的可行性和优缺点,从有利项目执行的角度,综合决策确定处理方案。Based on the phase angle configuration design of thruster transformers on a pipe-laying vessel project,which is through±7.5 degrees of each two transformers,the cause and current situation of phase angle problem were described.The partial harmonics under two power models with balanced and unbalanced phase angles were calculated and compared with the harmonic requirements in classification rules.In view of the possibility that total harmonic distortion(THD)may exceed the requirement,three solutions were proposed:changing the tap connection or phase sequence of the transformers to alter the phase angles,changing the changeover switch’s state of the thruster,and exchanging the physical location of two transformers.The feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of these schemes were analyzed.The comprehensive decision is made for the solution which is beneficial to the project execution.
