摘 要:创新是现代社会发展与进步的动力,而创新离不开资源,准确挖掘和利用系统及超系统中的资源是创新设计的关键,研究资源分析方法对产品设计具有重要意义。在介绍资源分类与考察方法的基础上,将资源分析与多屏幕法相融合,介绍了多屏幕资源分析方法。按照空间维度,探索系统、子系统和超系统中的资源,按照时间维度,探索系统当前、过去和未来的资源。从而系统地从内向外、从上至下挖掘可用资源,得到创新设计方案。对拖拉机动力输出总成传动方案进行了多屏幕资源分析,充分发掘超系统中的资源,利用超系统中的空间资源和时间资源,并引入外加能量资源实现系统资源重构。通过列写动力输出总成的多屏幕,对超系统资源进行分析综合,得出2种动力传动方案,验证了多屏幕资源分析的有效性。Innovation has been the driving force for the development and progress of the modern society,and innovation could not leave resources,so accurate finding and utilization of resources in the system and super system was the key to innovative design,and the research of resource analysis methods was of great significance to product design.Based on the resource classification and investigation,the resource analysis and the multi-screen method were integrated,and the multi-screen resource analysis method was introduced.According to space dimensions,we explored resources in systems,subsystems,and super systems,and according to time dimensions,explored current,past,and future resources of the system.Thus through systematically analysis of available resources from inside and outside,from top to bottom,the innovative design solution was obtained.The multi-screen resources of the tractor power output system were analyzed and the resources in the super system were fully discovered.The space and time resources in the hyper systems were used,and additional energy resources were introduced to realize the system resource reconstruction.Through listing the multi-screen of the power output assembly,the super system resources were analyzed and combined,and two power transmission schemes were obtained,which verified the effectiveness of the multi-screen resources analysis.
