摘  要:为了限制或利用弯曲梁的变形,应研究弯曲变形规律,合理计算使用载荷下梁的正应力和挠度。利用多功能组合实验装置和静态数字应变仪测定纯弯曲梁沿其截面高度的正应变分布规律,应用ANSYS软件对3种截面梁的弯曲过程进行有限元仿真模拟,研究梁在弯曲过程中弯曲类型、截面形状、弹性模量、载荷作用位置及梁跨度对正应力或挠度分布规律的影响,并对结果进行分析。结果表明:梁发生纯弯曲或横力弯曲时,正应力沿梁截面高度接近呈线性分布;弹性模量越大,梁弯曲程度越大,抵抗弯曲变形能力越弱;载荷作用位置越靠近梁跨中点,梁弯曲程度增大;随梁跨度的增加,最大挠度并非呈线性增大,而是先缓慢增大,随后迅速增大;在工程上受弯曲构件的截面形状适宜选用工形截面。In order to limit or utilize the deformation of the bending beam,it was necessary to study the law of bending deformation and reasonably calculate the normal stress and deflection of the beam under the applied load.The normal strain distribution of the pure bending beam along its cross section height was measured by using multifunctional and combined experimental device and static digital strain gauge.The bending process of three kinds of cross-section beams was simulated with finite element simulation in ANSYS software environment.It was studied that the influence of the bending type,section shape,elastic modulus,loading position and beam span on the distribution of normal stress or deflection in bending process,and the results were analyzed.The results showed that the normal stress was linearly distributed along the section height of the beam when the pure bending or transverse bending occurred on the beam.The greater the elastic modulus was,the greater the degree of bending of the beam was,and the weaker the ability to resist bending deformation was.The closer the position of load action was to the midpoint of beam span,the greater the bending degree of beam was.With the increase of beam span,the maximum deflection did not increase linearly,it increased slowly first and then increased rapidly.I-shaped section was suitable for bending component cross-section shape in engineering.
