苯磺贝他斯汀联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用苯磺贝他斯汀联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果和安全性。方法:将92例慢性荨麻疹患者随机均分为左西替利嗪组和贝他-利嗪组。为左西替利嗪组患者采用盐酸左西替利嗪进行治疗,在此基础上为贝他-利嗪组患者加用苯磺贝他斯汀。治疗8周后,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应的发生情况。结果:1)治疗后,左西替利嗪组患者中治疗效果为治愈者有18例,为显著好转者有14例,为有所好转者有7例,为无效者有7例,其治疗的总有效率为84.78%;贝他-利嗪组患者中治疗效果为治愈者有24例,为显著好转者有16例,为有所好转者有5例,为无效者有1例,其治疗的总有效率为97.83%。贝他-利嗪组患者的治愈率和治疗的总有效率均明显高于左西替利嗪组患者,P<0.05。2)治疗后,左西替利嗪组患者不良反应的发生率为8.70%,贝他-利嗪组患者不良反应的发生率为6.52%;两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用苯磺贝他斯汀联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效较好,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of bensulbetastatin combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:92 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into levcetirizine group and betta-rizine group.Patients in the levcetirizine group were treated with levcetirizine hydrochloride,and on this basis,patients in the betta-rizine group were treated with bensulfambetastine.After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:1)After treatment,18 cases of levocetirizine group were cured,14 cases were significantly improved,7 cases were improved,and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 84.78%.There were 24 cases of cured patients,16 cases of significantly improved patients,5 cases of improved patients and 1 case of ineffective patients in the betta-rizine group,and the total effective rate was 97.83%.The cure rate and total effec tive rate in betta-rizine group were significantly higher than those in levcetirizine group,P<0.05.2)After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.70%in the levocetirizine group and 6.52%in the betta-rizine group;The incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Bensulbetastine combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
