散风通窍滴丸治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察散风通窍滴丸治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将120例急性鼻窦炎患者均分为试验组和对照组,两组均给予头孢克肟分散片治疗,试验组加用散风通窍滴丸,治疗15 d;比较两组一般情况、临床疗效(总有效率)、治疗前后静脉血中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8以及IL-10水平,鼻内镜检查Lund-Kennedy评分及症状积分,观察两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者年龄、病程、BMI、性别以及急性鼻窦炎病情比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05),两组静脉血IgG、IgA、IgM均较治疗前升高,试验组治疗后静脉血IgG、IgA、IgM均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后静脉血TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、Lund-Kennedy评分以及中医症候积分均较治疗前下降,试验组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、Lund-Kennedy评分、主症积分、次症积分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论在抗生素基础上联合散风通窍滴丸治疗急性鼻窦炎疗效明显、安全有效。Objective To analyze the effect of Sanfengtongqiao dropping pills in the treatment of acute sinusitis.Methods All the 120 patients with acute sinusitis were divided into test and control groups,and both groups were given cefixime disperse tablets.The test group was treated with Sanfengtongqiao dropping pills for 15 days.The general profile,clinical efficacy(total response rate),immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA,IgM,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,and IL-10 levels,Lund-Kennedy score by nasal endoscopy and symptom score in venous blood before and after treatment were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was observed.Results Age,disease duration,BMI,gender,and acute sinusitis conditions were compared in the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the total response rate(96.67%)was higher than the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).IgG,IgA,and IgM were higher compared with those before treatment,and IgG,IgA,and IgM were higher in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).Both treated venous blood TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,and Lund-Kennedy scores and TCM syndrome scores decreased before treatment.TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,Lund-Kennedy scores,primary score,secondary score,and total score in test group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse effects occurred during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion On the basis of antibiotics combined with sanfeng tongqiao dropping pills is safe and effective in the treatment of acute sinusitis.
