摘  要:隧洞衬砌施工过程中主要面临施工作业面窄、洞内运输材料不便、交叉作业施工、后限工期紧张、成洞质量要求高等问题。工程引水压力洞二衬施工采用全圆针梁模板台车,可实现一次浇筑成型,保证成型精度、混凝土强度、外观质量,同时可加快衬砌施工速度。针对影响其衬砌施工质量的分区浇筑问题,作者从分区布设、施工技术措施及施工经验等角度予以介绍,可为其他类似工程提供参考。In the process of tunnel lining construction,the main problems are narrow construction surface,inconvenient transportation of materials in the tunnel,cross-work construction,tight post-limit period,and high quality requirements of the tunnel.The construction of the second lining of the diversion pressure tunnel in this project adopts the full circle needle beam formwork trolley,which can realize the one-time casting molding,ensure the molding precision,concrete strength,appearance quality,and speed up the lining construction.In view of the problems of regional casting that affect the construction quality of its lining,the author introduces the regional layout,construction technical measures and construction experience,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
