刺络拔罐治疗中重度持续性变应性鼻炎的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察梅花针刺络拔罐治疗中重度持续性变应性鼻炎(AR)的远期疗效。方法将110例中重度持续性AR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。治疗组采用梅花针刺络拔罐治疗,对照组采用抗过敏药物治疗。两组治疗后均随访1年,观察两组治疗前及随访3、6、12个月时症状评分、药物评分及鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分的变化情况,并比较两组随访3、6、12个月时的总有效率。结果两组随访3、6、12个月时症状评分及RQLQ评分均较同组治疗前显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组随访3、6个月时药物评分明显低于同组随访12个月时,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组随访3、6、12个月时症状评分、RQLQ评分及药物评分均明显低于对照组,总有效率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐能有效缓解中重度持续性AR患者远期临床症状,提高患者生活质量,减少对抗过敏药物的依赖。Objective To observe the long-term efficacy of pricking cupping using a plum-blossom needle in treating moderate-severe persistent allergic rhinitis(AR).Method A total of 110 patients with moderate-severe persistent AR were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 55 cases in each group.The treatment group received pricking cupping using a plum-blossom needle,and the control group was offered treatment with antiallergic medication.A one-year follow-up was conducted for both groups.The symptom score,medication score,and the score of rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)were observed before treatment and at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment.The total effective rate was also compared between the two groups at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment.Result The symptom score and RQLQ score dropped significantly in both groups at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment compared with the pre-treatment baseline(P<0.05).The medication score at 3 and 6 months after treatment was notably lower than that at 12 months after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).At 3,6,and 12 months after treatment,the symptom score,RQLQ score,and medication score were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and the total effective rate was notably higher in the treatment group than in the control group,all showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate-severe persistent AR,pricking cupping can effectively mitigate the clinical symptoms in a long run,enhance their quality of life,and reduce dependence on antiallergic medication.
