摘 要:目的:设计并实施化妆品中苯甲醇的测定能力验证项目,评价参加实验室在该项目的检测能力,帮助提高实验室检测水平和质量控制能力。方法:对考核样品实施能力验证计划,对参加的26家实验室的测定结果进行稳健统计分析,通过稳健z比分数评价实验室检测能力。结果:考核样品中的苯甲醇在95%置信度下,均匀性和稳定性良好,满足能力验证的要求。26家参加评价的实验室中,有23家实验室检测结果为满意,3家结果为可疑,整体满意率为88.5%。结论:大部分参加的实验室检测结果为满意,表明我国化妆品中苯甲醇检测水平总体良好。Objective:To design and implement the proficiency testing program for the determination of benzyl alcohol in cosmetics,and to evaluate the performance of the laboratories participating in this program.Methods:The proficiency testing program was carried out on the testing samples.Robust statistical analysis was performed on the results of 26 laboratories,and the performance of laboratories was assessed using robust z-score.Results:At 95%confidence,benzyl alcohol in cosmetic samples was homogeneous and stable,which met the requirements of proficiency testing.Among the 26 participating laboratories,23 had satisfactory testing results,3 had suspicious results and the overall satisfaction rate was 88.5%.Conclusion:The performance of most participating laboratories was satisfactory,indicating that the capability of determining benzyl alcohol in cosmetics was generally adequate in China.
